SONGS OF THE MYSTICS

A 6-Module Online Course Exploring Mystical Poems & Songs Woven Across Spiritual Traditions

Mystical poetry and song have always been pathways in the quest for self-realization — opening us to beauty, presence, and connection where words fall short.

In Songs of the Mystics, we journey through six modules with teachers from Sufi, Tibetan Buddhist, Vedantic, Baul, and Jewish mystical traditions. Each guest shares a song, poem, and sacred chants from their lineage, guiding us into its wisdom as a living practice.

Together, we'll discover how these offerings can serve as doorways into self-realization, awakening, and a shared field of devotion across cultures — and how, in these turbulent and tender times, the mystical path calls us into embodied service, justice, and care for humanity and the earth.

DANCES OF THE MYSTICS

A 6-Module Online Course Exploring Sacred Dance Practices from Around the World

Sacred dance is one of humanity’s oldest spiritual languages — a way of praying with the body and remembering our place in the living universe.

Dances of the Mystics is an online course that invites us into exploring movement as devotion. Each week, master teachers and tradition bearers will guide embodied practices from their lineages, offering dance as a doorway into presence, healing, and spiritual insight. The live co-hort has closed however, recordings are now available for self-paced course.

Through Sufi whirling, West African ceremonial dance, Candomblé ritual, Southern Italian trance dance, Korean healing rites, and the Dances of Universal Peace, we explore how movement can awaken our  connection to spirit, community, and the wisdom held within the body.

RHYTHMS OF THE MYSTICS

A 6-Module Online Course Exploring Rhythm, Trance & The Ancient Art of the Frame Drum

The drum is among the oldest instruments of human civilization — older than writing, older than recorded history. Across every culture and tradition, it has been used not only to make music, but to enter another state of being. To pray. To heal. To remember.

Rhythms of the Mystics is an invitation into that living tradition.

Over six sessions, four-time Grammy Award winner and founding father of the modern frame drum movement Glen Velez guides us through the ancient art of frame drumming — integrating rhythm language, shakers, vocal toning, and synchronized movement as tools for deepening our connection to inner stillness, sacred presence, and embodied awareness.
